Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion. In the current scenario, since pregnancy is excluded, infection is the next possible cause with all the symptoms described. I would ask you to get a urinalysis, vaginal and cervical swabs to detect and treat any possible infection. Cramps can be relieved by using an antispasmodic medication. Maintain proper hydration, get blood counts and blood pressure measurement. Concentrated urine also can cause burning sensation without any infection due to acidic nature. Hope this helps.
