OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You should take it for 5 days, then bleeding will come within a week. If that is not happening, combine hormonal pills to maintain hormones for a month after that try for pregnancy. Test for prolactin level, TSH, FSH, HBA1c, USG to rule out pathology

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
