Hello,

You had a miscarriage and also had DNC done. You had only one period. Presently you are not having periods. Before DNC you had regular periods. Your symptoms can be due to stress & depression, hormonal imbalances, non cancerous ovarian cysts, thyroid gland issues, PCOS, malnutrition, poor general health conditions, exercising too much, overweight or underweight, etc.

However, a medical condition called Asherman’s syndrome, can also cause symptoms that you are experiencing. The scar tissue, also called adhesions or intrauterine adhesions may builds up inside the uterus after complicated DNC.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Gynae, get a complete medical check up done to detect factors/pathology that may be causing you symptoms. You will be accordingly treated. Asherman’s syndrome is also treatable. Get it diagnosed first. Take home made nutritious food rich in protein and calcium. Take adequate sleep and stay stress free. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
