From what I understand from your description, you were taking 21-day course birth control pill Novilon for 7 months and after 7th month menstruation, you took tablets for only two days.
If this is case, I am concerned as I am not sure if you stopped the medicine on your own or after taking advise from a prescribing doctor. In addition, are you taking these pills just for birth control or due to some disorder like PCOS?
I would advise you to take a home pregnancy test. You might be delayed on your menstruation due to pregnancy. If it is negative, you should visit your gynecologist for examination and for further investigations for the diagnosis of the delayed periods. You might have to start back on Novilon to get menstruation if you have PCOS.
I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Let me know if you have any further questions.
