What Causes Missed Periods Along With Hot Flashes?

I think I have a cervical prolapse it is to where I can see and feel it in the vaginal opening? I have not had a period in two months and I am having hot flashes. Not sure if it is symptoms to the prolapse. What will happen if I do not have it treated. Worse case scenario..I am 42 y/o and healthy besides this

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Absence of periods can be due to pregnancy, hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, or can be a perimenopausal symptom, as hot flashes are associated.
Prolapse can be treated by vaginal pessaries, mesh surgeries and by hysterectomy.
Since you are only42 years old, you can go for either of these, depending upon your medical condition, and the stage of your prolapse.
