What Causes Missed Periods And Dull Cramping?

I was on lo loestrin with two missed periods just a little spotting,i went to the dr and uti test was negative but still perscribed cipro.i just finished the cipro but dont feel much better and took 7 pregnancy tests weeks apart and all negative,i have dull cramping as well.help!!!
