What Causes Missed Periods And Spotting?

im 15 never missed a period. (yes i have had sex) i just missed my period by a week and on the 8th day i started spotting/bleeding a little bit which was kind of dark and lasted for three days then just stopped. is it very possibly that i am pregnant?
