OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

In postmenopausal women spotting or bleeding is quite suspicious for malignancy, but there can be other causes for spotting which can be either resolved by medications or by invasive procedures. So be positive and hope for the best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
