What Causes Missed Periods, Mild Cramp And Yellow Discharge?
Im not sure how late i am... but I have not a a period in just over a month. I am now getting a light slightly yellowish discharge and Slight cramping but that is all. I took a test last week that was negative but still no sign of a period. what does this sound like?

Understand your concern
If you had unprotective sexual intercourse in the fertile period of cycle without contraceptive pill then possibility of pregnancy. Mild cramp and vaginal discharge may be seen in pregnancy. But most confirmative sign is missed period.
Pregnancy test was negative because you did early. You can repeat home pregnancy test in morning with fresh urine sample 8-10 days after delayed period.
If test is negative than it may be vaginal infection, hormonal imbalance and ovarian dysfunction should be rule out.
