Hi gud day I hav a question I am 32 years old I xpecting dat I am pregnant butbecoz 2months I dnt hav period my pregnancy test is al positive result when I am going to doctor for the ultrasound they can not found anything and the result is uterus L6.2,with 3.4 height 2.4 ovaries R 2.6,LENGHT2.4WITH,1.7HEIGHT smoth cantour and homogeneus endrop.both ovarieswill morethan12anechoicpoliclesmeasure less than 1cm
