Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms suggest hormone imbalance. This is the most likely reason for the break out you are experiencing. In the current scenario, I would suggest a complete clinical evaluation by a specialist, a trans-vaginal sonogram, complete hormone profile, blood counts and urinalysis. A review by a dermatologist also is essential to tackle the skin eruption. If you have had any recent weight changes or stressful situations, please get them managed. Hormone imbalances can be corrected through supplements, diet and exercise. Hope this helps.
