What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

Hi I'm a 28 blk female who has 1 child and has had 1abortion.I haven't had my period since June,3 and it's now July,31st I took 2 test one at home and one At the doctors and both came back negative.Can it be any way I'm pregnant but it's not showing up yet?

Hello,

The cause varies from hormonal imbalance to serious medical conditions. Like stress, obesity, extremely exercise, PCOD, oral contraceptives use, chemical diseases like diabetes, early menopause, thyroid issues, these are some causes other then pregnancy.
