Noted your rare symptoms of mixing of saliva with phlegm after extraction of tooth, after food, fluids and on getting up in the morning. The basic lies in understanding that saliva is secreted by salivary glands and phlegm usually comes from postnasal drip, from pharynx or lungs related structures. There might be mixture of both as can happen with anyone hence nothing to worry about. It would be better to consult an ENT or Oral surgeon to get a clear picture of what is happening with you and get proper investigations, clinical evaluation and diagnosis to get treated accordingly. Also try to find the factors that instigate or enhance phlegm production and stop these things altogether.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
