What Causes Moist Skin On The Side Of The Penis?
I have moist skin on the side of my Penis. A person that might have hiv grabbed my penis and stocked it twice. Since than the moisture has not gone away. Do u think if that persOn had dirty hands that the HIV could have entered the moist area of my penis?
