What Causes Moments Of Aggression Post RNY Surgery?

I'm 5 1/2 months into RNY recovery, have lost 130 lbs and am about 10 lbs from my goal weight. My question regards my attitudes. Post surgery I have a jeckl and hyde personality which is unlike the fat me. Something is unsettling me, but what? I am using positive reinforcement and my spouse is supportive but I still have moments of aggression. Do I have fatbrain?
Your perspective would be much appreciated.

HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Sometime few patients develop change in behavior post surgery, that may be due to underline depression or restriction due to post surgery effect. Same problem, may be in your case also. In that case, just consult a psychiatrist and rule out underline depression. If there is no depression, then, you can try relaxation exercise or life style modification.

Thanks
