If you are on DepoProvera for many years it is almost impossible that you are pregnant (99% effective). Symptoms are not very clear and point to the gastrointestinal system. Perform a pregnancy test and consider changing DepoProvera since after two years of continuous use there is risk of osteoporosis. FDA and Pfizer warn about this issue
