Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to the HCM

I have gone through your questions and understand your concern. Since the bang was nasty and is followed by significant symptoms, I would strongly recommend you to visit a pediatric neurologist for complete neurological examination. They may advice you for neuroimaging if required. Neuroimaging especially MRI is useful to rule out any significant brain affection by the trauma. It also helps in deciding therapy if required.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
