What Causes Mood Swings And Low Energy Levels?

I am having a lot of trouble with my moods. There will be days when I m motivated happy and ready to go and then its like the bottom falls out. I don t want to get out of bed and live life at that moment. I will continue to be that way for a few days then I m all good again. On top of that I never have energy to do anything. I am constantly worn out. Idk what is going on???
