What Causes More Thirst, Frequent Urination And Lightheadedness?

Hi

i am a 28 year old female, for the last week or so I have been extremely thirsty,urinating frequently and been feeling light head in the morning, i had my blood sugar tested and it can back normal, any idea what else could be causing me to feel this way?

This sounds like another type of diabetes, diabetes insipidus which is basically a hormonal disorder and you need to measure your ACTS hormonal level in your blood and do kidney function tests which will reveal possible hormonal issue. At your age, some more serious causes are rare and you should not worry since all these benign conditions can be easily treated with hormonal replacement therapy.
