What Causes Moving Feeling In The Anus?

for about a week I have been having like a feeling of movement in my anus. I have the tucks wipes that I use after i have a bowel movement because I feel as if that it is hemmorhoids that I have. It feel like something is trying to get out or something its like a push. I don't have any health issues. I'm in a weight management program for weight loss. I'm 34 year old female 185 lbs 5ft 4in. I noticed blood on a solid bowel movement that I had a couple days ago
