What Causes Mucus And Blood During Bowel Movement?

i went to the bathroom today and i didnt have a bowl movement when i tried to go but there was mucus with a little amount of blood in it on the toilet paper when i wiped to make sure i was clean. also for the last few days ive been having a thick like diareah and cant figure out why

Possible causes are baciilary dysentery, amoebic dysentery, irritable bowel syndrome, malobsorption syndrome, diverticulitis, chrons disease, ulcerative colitis etc

Other causes blood while wiping Haemorrhoids , fistula and fissures.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
