Hi..I have a lot of mucus draining to the back of my throat, and sometimes when the mucus builds up I get these really sharp pains in my throat when I breathe in..sometimes it's to the right side of my throat, sometimes it's to the left and then other times the sharp pain is right in the middle, is it cancer.

You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper oral hygiene.
