Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
Your symptoms suggestive of functional bowel problem. Rule out stress and anxiety history if present. I suggest you to investigate with stool routine micro examination and occult blood test for rule out infective etiology. For back pain and leg pain investigate with serum free ionized calcium. Excess fluid loss in diarrhea can lead electrolyte loss and so also leg pain can occur. You can be prescribed VSL 3 probiotic course for diarrhea induced by functional bowel problem. You can consult physician for examination.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
