Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description, your symptoms might be related to colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, steatorrhea or malabsorption syndrome.

In my opinion you should see a gastroenterologist for physical examination, stool test and endoscopy if need be.

Meanwhile I would advise you to take chlordiazepoxide with antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole with antacids for 3 to 5 days.

you may require a course of antibiotics like ornidazole or antihelminthic like albendazole under medical supervision.

Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fiber in your diet.
avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
avoid stress and anxiety.

Hope this answers your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
