What Causes Muddy Looking Bowel Excrement?

My grandson has a very muddy looking bowel excrement that comes out daily. He has this throughout the day and its constantly on this underclothing. Is this a sign of something wrong with him or is he just not going to the bathroom when he needs to. The excrement is definitely fecal matter.

The fecal matter with muddy look may be through the ingestion of chalky material used in educational tools or non-specific issue of digestive enzyme disturbances.

Stool microscopy must be sought off for the final diagnosis without residing in dilemma.
