What Causes Muffled Hearing Experiences In A Patient With Heart Fauilure?
Lately I have been experiencing muffled hearing when I stand up, lasts only a couple minutes but is something new. I have a history of heart failure though I am stable. Also have been having episodes where my heart rate drops while excercizing, some heaviness in chest but no pain per se. Not short of breath either.

Although what you described could be just a transient thing it is better to get it evaluated. You need to get an audiometry along with a CT temporal bone done and get back to me or any ENT with the reports so that a proper management plan can be done
