What Causes Multiple Itchy And Raised Pin Pricks On Lower Legs?
I have itchy bumpy--not red, but raised-- size of multiple pin pricks on my lower legs, below knee, shin area (mainly) some have creeped up on my left thigh a little, but mostly lower front legs and it comes and goes. About a few months off and then they come back. They are not persistently itchy. Sometimes the itch goes away and I don t feel it, and then when it comes back it s VERY itchy.

You might be suffering from KERATOSIS RUBRA PILARIS, these are very common follicular prominence with sometimes symptomatic. They also do have seasonal variations and most of them subside by its own in third or fourth decade.
