What Causes Multiple Lumps In The Abdominal Area?

I am a 32 year old female. Mostly healthy. I have dozens of lumps most about a pea size some a little bigger. All in the abdominal area. Some under the ribs on the right and left. A couple around the belly button area. And now arm pitts and chest. Sometimes they itch and sometimes slightly tender kind of like touching a bruise. The first one came up over 6 years ago. I have seen several docs. No one knows what they are and why i get them. They did not show up on a CT scan either. Should i be worried.

Get Ultrasound Sonography (USG)done.
It can help to diagnose.
And repeat CT scan if needed.
Mostly it would be Lipomatosis
