Hi,
your symptoms indicating towards entrapment neuropathy/ nerve compression syndrome mainly at the origin of nerve from vertebral canal. In your condition this is most probably sciatica due to compression pressure by herniated disc/ degenerated disc disease, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis or arthritis of spine. You should consult an orthopaedician for physical examination and further evaluation. Avoid such activity which may aggravate your symptoms and continue your exercise under guidance.
Take care, bye.
