What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Body While On Crystal Methamphetamine?

I been using crystal meth for a while now.why does my mussels on my body fill like bad spasams?Also why does it look like my eyelids are sunken in or eyes? My husband is using to he swears that I'm seeing someone and that person is out side. When he smells a certain oder he says he's here,I guess he sees things and hears things.my question is how long untill he gets better from using meth?

The crytal meth causes a huge spike in stress hormones and this usually causes increased muscle tone to the tune of cracking teeth. The meth gets out of the system in hours.
