Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to either deficiency of vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 or starting of diabetes as per your symptoms.

So I will advise you to go for Blood test, Sugar level, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 test.

After getting the correct diagnosis you must take the treatment.

Meanwhile you take proper healthy diet with multivitamin. Definitely you will get the relief.

Hope you will be satisfied with my answer.

Thanks,

Dr.Soni Verma
