What Causes Muscle Tightening And Eye Lids Twitching After Swimming?
Hi, my name s Hywel. I went swimming earlier and found that after a few lengths the muscle aroung my lips tightened as did my jaw muscle and my eyelids began twitching. I d just like to know what s up with that? the swimming is a new thing for me by the way.

It is just a muscle twitch and can happen after swimming or physical exertion.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself without any definite treatment.
