Hi, I have developed this sort of habit, where I raise my forehead from time to time. Sometimes , I even raise my head up to the sky. I do it quite often and more so during stressful times. I developed this habit 4 years ago when I was going through a very stressful period. It may be a nervous tic or a muscle twitch, I don t know. It gets really annoying sometimes and i feel my head is constantly under some strain. My forehead and the back of my neck feel some strain.
Relaxation is the key to your problem, the more you pay attention to it the more it will increase, now to detach yourself the best remedy is to think that this wont cause me any harm and keep yourself busy with work. Its not an easy task, but if your determination is strong, nothing is impossible.
