I have had a muscle twitch in the same spot for over three weeks now. Today I have another one in another part of my body. I have tried drinking more water, taking a calcium/magnesium supplement, anti-stress supplement, but nothing is working. I exercise 2-3 times a week, only drink one cup of coffee a day. I am under quite a bit of stress at work. I often don t get enough sleep, but even if I do, it doesn t seem to make a difference. I have had these type of twitches all my life, but the longest it s gone in my adult life is 2-3 days.
