What Causes My Pregnant Wife’s Heart Palpitations, Drowsiness, And Weakness?

My Wife is Pregnant for near about 2 months.. I have not Consulted with any Doctor Yet.. I am a resident of an interior Village .. My wife has no Physical Problems like; diabetes, Thyroid, Arthoritis etc.. Now, She is feeling heart Palpitation, drowsy, feeling Weakness too much.. I expect a guidance from U for her.. Pls. suggest me some advice.. Or Prescribe me Some Medicines..
