What Causes Nasal Bleeding With Headaches And Dizziness?
For past 2-3 months I experience (only left side of head/nose): headaches + dried blood inside left nostril. Also when in bed and going to sleep and I turn to my left side, experience some dizziness. Headaches are not constant thruout the day but they do appear everyday. Headaches are magnatude level 6 or 7 out of 10. Not sure if relavant, but coinciding with these symptoms I stopped injecting Testosterone Cypianatye. Appreciate thoughts or if you have any questions to my symptoms, please ask.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of one sided headache and nose pain and blood from the same side. The most probable cause of all such symptoms is a definite problem in the nose or sinuses. I would advise you the following: CT scan of the nose, sinuses and the brain. Endoscopy of the nose by an ENT Surgeon to correlate. Clinical evaluation and to get to the proper diagnosis. The treatment will depend upon the cause. If there is infective pathology, a 3 week course of medicines followed by followup CT can help to know the progress. IF there is a surgical cause like a cancer or mass you need further referral to the center which is specialized in such cases and get treated appropriately.
