Hi sir, I am affected of nasal itching and sneezing due to flu liquid coming from head. And it has led me so many problems. Mostly this is the water from the nose not from your head as you misinterpreted. Nasal discharge or watering can be because of simple nasal allergy. You may require certain tests and your nasal examination for confirming this.
You can take steam in the mean time and should see an ENT.
