Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms can also be related to stress and anxiety.
Some advice that I can give to you are :
-take medications such as reglan 10 mg three times a day
-Avoid greasy, fried, or spicy foods.
-Eat mainly bland foods, such as crackers or toast.
-Eat smaller meals more frequently, instead of three large meals.
-Relax and sit still after you eat to give your food time to digest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
