What Causes Nausea Along With Appetite Loss?

I feel nauseous, loss of appetite. I eat a little bit and feel like over ate. Tummy pain, breast are sensitive, I can t sleep much. I feel chills sometimes when everyone else seems comfy with the temperature. It s 1 week before my next period. What can it be?

Dear, your's is a common problem faced by many women world wide .

Hormone-like substances called prostaglandins, which are produced naturally in the body, are thought to cause these menstrual cramps and be responsible for the pain and inflammation This situation is called Dysmenorrhea .

Dysmenorrhea is severe enough to cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and/or a general aches and pains
. Like all muscles, the uterus contracts and relaxes and cause cramps . Most of the time women are unaware of these contractions. During menstruation uterine contractions are much stronger and it is these strong contractions - cramps that are most likely to be painful. To be free of all these troubles regimen as below will help -- :
Regular exercise such as walking Exercise ,logging , Yoga ,Panayam - Deep Breathing , Along with Regular balanced diet including all essential nutrients supplements full of antioxidants , fiber , protiens and vitamins & minerals in natural form as green veges ,fruit , lemon juice milk cheese , Omega 3 in fish oil capsules, olive oil , Turmeric powder + almond oil at bed time , Aloe vera juice 30 ml + Amla juice 2 spoons ,all naturally help and prepare the body to face all troubles coming our way .
Warm bath filled with aromatherapy or a heating pad on your lower abdomen and back is often helps to prevent or at least reduce the severity of menstrual cramps / abdomen pain for some women.
