What Causes Nausea And Abdominal Pain In The Morning?

My husband gets really nauseous and has abdominal pain in the mornings. Sometimes it is so sever that he vomits. I was wondering if sleeping elevated would help improve this. He also takes gabapentin for the nerve pain. He has not been diagnosed with diabetic gastroparesis yet. But they are suspecting it.

It is the symptoms of gastritis or biliary system infection (Cholecystitis) condition needs differentiation till then symptoms can be controlled with Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day, ultrasonography is advised.
