What Causes Nausea And Abdominal Pain?
Sir, I am 33, 87kgs, 176cms. I have undergone complete medical check up on 2010. SGOT/SGPT increases 65/110. I stopped taking beer once in a while i take before that. Now, I am getting a vomiting sensation and pain in both right and left abdomana. Please advice me what to do?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given liver pathology needs to be ruled our here apart from this symptoms could be due to hyperacidity which is the common condition seen and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day, again it could be due to just due to dyspepsia and if this is so then may not need any treatment because it is the self limiting one hope this information helps.
