The day after I inserted the nuvaring , I started to feel nauseous and have really bad chest pain and later on around 11-12 I started to vomit . my mom called the Dr that prescribed it and he told me to remove the ring and I did And again the following day I won t up a little nauseous . Could I be pregnant ?
Hello, Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I have gone through your query. In the current scenario, the possibilities are a very early pregnancy if you happened to be in the fertile period before you got the nuvaring or the side effect of the hormone. Pregnancy can be confirmed/excluded through a blood test and a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route. Side effects of the medication usually subside in a couple of days as the device is removed. Please get further help from your health care provider. Take care.
