What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Taking Topamax?
I took 12.5 mg of Topamax for migraine prevention last evening. It caused severe insomnia and night sweats. I had the normal side effects my Neuro warned me of. But today I have felt horrible...nausea..dizziness...extremely tired. I am not sure if I should take tonights dosage.

I think you should avoid further doses of topamax. The side effects you mention suggest that you are intolerable to topamax.
