What Causes Nausea And Dizziness?
I am 24 years old female... I have had on and off cramping in my abdomen also dizziness and feeling like I can't stand up for too long or I start to feel nausea. I've been dealing with nausea on and off for quite sometime... It sometimes gets worse after eating. I just had my menstrual cycle, ended about 2 days ago.

Intestinal infection could be the cause and in the female, it is more likely that it is the urinary tract infection and to confirm this urine test is must, till then you can try tab Domperidone and Dicyclomine tablets as per needed for pain.
