What Causes Nausea And Fullness Feeling In Stomach?
hi doctor at the beginning of june for the first 2weeks my breasts were tender, sore and swollen accompanied by what seemed like period pain. when that stopped i got what i think was my period. it was lighter in flow and color but lasted for 4-5 days. i have recently been unable to cotrol my eating habbits but havent gained much weight. some nights it feels as if i have drunken an entire bottel on olive oil. it feels as if there is this thick oil layer ontop of my stomic contents. some mornings be for ive eaten it feels like i want to throw up but that only lasts for 5-10 seconds. please help. thanks

The stomach fullness is due to gastritis from irregular food habits, over weight, cholesterol issues with lack of physical activity most likely.
The breast problem is fibroadenosis from hormone imbalance.
* Both issues must be addressed to your consultant physician for expert care and guidelines.
Till that time, best steps you can take are
- control body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol
- dietary measures to avoid all cholesterol enhancing stuffs
- regular exercises.
