What Causes Nausea And Pain After Gallbladder Removal?

Hi, my question is about nausea and pain. 5 weeks ago I had my gallbladder removed, which was diseased due to a big stone and full of slush. I am still suffering from constant nausea, and pain, when I eat something. I had 1 CT scan, 1 MRI, and a urine and stool test, all were negative. I am so week, because I don t eat very often, and when I do, I go through hours of pain. It is very exhausting and frustrating. My doctors are at a loss. Can you give me any advice?

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

As you had gall bladder removal about a month ago,and you are facing nausea, pain over abdomen then it must be evaluated further.

For that, you can go for complete hemogram, urine examination, stool and ultrasound abdomen.

However, you can take symptommatic treatment like tab.ondasetron 8 mg twice daily with antispasmodics like tab cyclopam twice daily available over the counter.

You should consult your operating who can guide you best to find out the actual cause.

Regards,
