What Causes Nausea And Pain Around Kidney Region After Fall?

I fell backwards onto hardwood floor. No obstacles. I weight 208 and the air was knocked out and I hurt excruciating. Was finally up walking. But 5 days later I hurt. Feels kidney-ish and feel a little nauseous from the constant pain. Could I have damaged colon, kidney, or even just my spine. I usually heal up from occasional back but this is persistent

Usually such injuries can not cause damage to kidney or other part of the body. I would recommend you to get ultrasound to find out the diagnosis. If there is no visceral injury than you can relax.
