What Causes Nausea And Pain In The Chest And Back After Eating?

Hello, yes I just began to eat when I got severe pains shooting through my back and chest. I got nauseated and felt like my body was wanting to reject eating but mostly the pain was so severe. It lasted about 5 minutes and then passed. I'm nervous now to eat again because it was so painful. Can you help me? I have SLE, RA, Sjorgens, but I've never experienced anything like this before.

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
According to your clinical history your symptoms are suggestive of peptic ulcer disease. This is a clinical condition characterized by excessive acid production which causes erosion of your digestive tract surface.
You may require endoscopic examination to visualize your stomach
I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and early treatment
Hope this information helps
Wishing you good health.
With regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain.
