Hi, your history suggest more of an ulcerative lesion in fore gut,
If i were your treating doctor, then i would advise
1) To start on antacid such as omepreazole, and to continue for a full course of three weeks.
2) To have a less spicy food, and to have food at least two hours before going to bed.
3) I would recommend to consult your physician, to get prescribed medicine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
