What Causes Nausea And Palpitations In The Morning?

When I first sale up in the morning, I feel nauseous and shakey with rapid heart beats. I have checked my blood pressure and glucose number which are normal. What can be causing these symptoms. I am 73 years old within normal weight a otherwise healthy.
